The Olindor Trilogy

An incurable plague, a poisoned aristocrat, and a historian falsely imprisoned. These are the building blocks Olindor Trilogy, a series of three 1 on 1 Adventure published by Expeditious Retreat press.

The adventure begins in The Star of Olindor, continues in The Shroud of Olindor, and finally concludes in Vengeance of Olindor (coming soon).

Each module includes 20 adventure-packed pages, complete with detailed maps and descriptions, forming a ready-made adventure for the smallest gaming group, one player and one GM. Although they are designed for a 6th-to-10th-level rogues, with some minor scaling, each adventure in the Olindor Trilogy is suitable for use with a traditional four-player party

A Dreadful Dawn

The Laughing Badger has long been a popular stop for travelers, merchants, and adventurers bound for distant lands. The last stop on the fringes of civilization, this inn offers a warm bed, fine meal, and the company of a friendly and welcoming staff. People from miles around all agree that the Laughing Badger is without peer. No one would think of harming the family that runs this fine establishment ... until now.

A Dreadful Dawn, the fourth of Green Ronin's Bleeding Edge adventures, finds the characters fighting for their lives in the unlikeliest of places: amongst the comforts of a fine inn. In this exciting new scenario, the PCs are drawn into a sinister plot by a vicious cult with their own plans for this innocent family and their guests. The characters must save the innkeepers from a gruesome night of murder, terror, and appalling violence, and defeat the servants of the foul God of Slaughter before it's too late.

Dragon Magazine

Issue 338 of Dragon Magazine, includes (among many other things) a short article way in the back entitled “Unusual Spells,” which was written by none other than our own Matthew J. Hanson.

E.N. World Gamer #3

Issue 3 of EN World Gamer magazine was originally due to hit the shelves in April 2005. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, the issue was never published - until now! Finally, you can get the third (and final!) issue of EN World Gamer in PDF format.

This issue includes Time Police, a d20 mini-game for the time traveler inside us all.

Seeds

Seeds are story ideas, plot ideas, creature ideas, adventure hooks, anything that can grow into an enjoyable gaming experience. Each seed is small (only a paragraph or two at most), but just like their namesakes, they have great potential when provided with the right environment. Supers II is four and a half pages packed with adventure ideas suitable for supers gaming, while Sci-Fi IV contains adventure ideas for science fiction gaming.

The Seeds line is published by the good people at Expeditious Retreat Press, who were kind enough to include several of my ideas in their products.
