The supplement in question is a whale of a text called NPCyclopedia: Psionics, published by the good people at Silven Publishing (the same good people who brought you 50 New Ways to Blow Things Up). NPCyclopedia: Psionics features 11 new psionic character fully stated from level 1 to 20. A must have for any DM who runs a psionic campaign. (The d20 page will be updated soon).
