So I think the new poll might need a little explanation. Now that I'm presenting scripts to the world, I'm trying to decided what format exactly to use. Of course I can't actually make decisions myself, so instead I've uploaded scripts in multiple formats, and I'm leaving it to the good readers of Matthew J. Hanson.com to decided which they like better.
Old school is the format that was popular in the day. The main difference is that the character's names are all flush left and attached to the line. Who is Ruth? and The Communication Age are in this format.
New school is the format that seems more popular in this day and age. Character names are on their own line and noticeably indented. Just Like in Real Life uses this format.
(Don't worry, you don't need to read the plays to vote. Just look at the format.)
Also I'm particularly interested in what theatre people think, so if you are a theatre person feel free to leave a comment.
